Refund

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All of our products are packaged with the utmost care, If you are unsatisfied with any Blossom & Owl products please contact us as soon as possible. If you have selected the incorrect size or have changed your mind please notify us within 12 hours of making your purchase and we may be able to alter before shipping.

The following terms and conditions apply to our Return Policy:

1. The product must be returned in the original, un damaged packaging and returned in untouched condition within 30 days from purchase.

2. Sale items are an exception to our Return Policy and will not be replaced or exchanged.

3. Promptly email us at [email protected] with your requirements and original receipt of purchase and we will provide you with our return address.

Once your return has been processed we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow additional time for your funds to returned into the same account your original payment was made with.
